Returns
General Return Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, The Bee Couture gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, except on final sale items and if otherwise stated.
*Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.
Return Exceptions
Bonnets & Hijab Caps
Because these items are worn close to the skin, bonnets and hijab caps cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding — this helps us ensure every product you receive is completely new, clean, and Untouched.
If your bonnet or hijab cap has never been worn and remains sealed in its original packaging, you may request a one-time exchange or store credit within 30 days. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you in finding the right fit or color.
Clothing & Scarves
Clothing and scarves may be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that items purchased during promotional or sale periods — including discounted bundles and clearance offers — are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend checking sizing and material details carefully before completing your sale-period purchase.

How to Complete a Return
Returns are quick and easy with our online system !
US Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can create a pre-paid shipping label through the steps below. Please note that $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise. However, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. You can find your order number by logging into your The Bee Couture account and navigating to your order history.
- Choose the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts.
- Then choose whether you would like to (A) exchange and shop The Bee Couture instantly with your return value, (B) receive store credit to shop at a later stage, or (C) a refund back to your original payment method.
- Print out the return label, or save the QR code and ensure that your return is securely packaged and sent it back to us via USPS.
UAE & International Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can submit your return for a refund following the steps below.
*Please note that we are unable to provide return shipping labels for UAE and international returns.
- Visit returns.thebeecouture.com. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. You can find your order number by logging into your The Bee Couture account and navigating to your order history.
- Choose the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts.
- Ensure that your return is securely packaged and send it to the address provided via your preferred courier.
*Please note: The Bee Couture is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
